1 ) First come first served basis.

7) Items are in good condition. We held no responsibilities for any losses or damages
during delivery.
8) Items that have been sold are NOT refundable or return back.
9) Actual color may little different from picture illustrate due to monitor resolution or lightings.
10) Return and refund is "NOT" allowed in such case of wrong expectation on color, material
type, material thickness or any.
11) PRE-ORDER items are direct-import. Please allow 10-15 working days waiting time and
understand that sometimes there might be a delay because of custom special checking or any
other unforeseen circumstances.
12) Customer will get 100% refund if the item(s) that you ordered is out of stock (for pre-order).
13) Any brand new item find out problems like wrong item or big different only, inform us within
24 hours after items received, postage fees will bear by buyer, otherwise will not be accepted.
14) Customers who not willing to wait & high demand on material and quality, suggested NOT to
participant in pre-order to avoid any conflict circumstances.
