＊自行車手套小知識＊
很多人騎自行車因為麻煩所以忽略戴手套,
但是專家建議即使只騎1~2公里也是要戴手套哦~
騎車的人身部品裡除了車褲、安全帽之外,
最重要的就是手套了,
有些時候車褲、安全帽不穿但手套卻是一定要戴的。
戴手套除了基本的防滑、摔倒時,防擦傷的功用之外,
更重要的是可以吸收手傳來的震動並保護手腕,
騎車騎久了會像打地鑽的工人一樣有腕隧症候群
(因為長時間的震動導致手腕內讓神經通過的腕隧發炎,影響神經傳導)。有戴手套就可以大幅減少這種狀況了~~~~
